Magic is in the Detail

In my work, no element is left to chance; every single detail is of paramount importance and tells a part of the story. My artistic approach is built on the art of layering. I love creating a dialogue between textures and mediums that, at first glance, seem to oppose one another: the fragility and lightness of paper, the raw and everyday structure of cardboard, and the timeless, almost sacred strength of stone.

By accumulating and layering these strata of cut, torn, or sculpted mediums, I create a unique relief. It is precisely within this play of thickness and contrast that the emotion of the artwork is born. Every layered stratum is an invitation for the viewer to step closer, to observe intimately, and to discover the invisible complexity that gives the final piece its full power.
